Order Timeframe:
All orders are built to order. You can spec any wheel you want in any configuation. For this reason we do not stock inventory. When you place an order we will do a render for you and email you that render. Once that render is approved we'll start making the wheels. From this date the ETA is about 40-70 days for you to receive your wheels. If you have any questions regarding timelines please reach out to us. We would be more then happy to help. We offer the option to pay a non refundable 50% deposit. This allows you to have less money out of pocket while waiting for your wheels to be ready to ship. This deposit is non-refunable. We sell custom wheels so once your wheels are ordered we cannot refund the deposit. The deposit will be used against the wheels to cover our cost if you backed out.

Alpha Forged LLC products are designed and intended for use in motorsports and other high-performance activities, which involve inherent risks and hazards. The Owner acknowledges and agrees to assume all risks and liabilities arising from the use of the Products, including but not limited to the risks and liabilities associated with participating in motorsports activities. Alpha Forged LLC, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, or other damages arising from the use of the Products in motorsports or any other activities. The Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha Forged LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising from the Owner's use of the Products in motorsports or any other activities.
Return and Refund Policy:
Alpha Forged LLC wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to discuss a return or refund. Please note that some products may be nonrefundable due to their custom nature. This includes products that have been custom-made or personalized according to the customer's specifications.
All returns and refunds are subject to approval by Alpha Forged LLC. If approved, the product must be returned to us in its original, unused condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. Alpha Forged LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet our policy requirements. Any and all deposits for wheels are non refundable. If we order a set of custom wheels for you and you send us a deposit that deposit is non-refundable. We want to make this policy as clear as possible. Please do not approve a order on a set of wheels unless you are 100% satisfied that they are what you want.
Installation and Use:
The Owner is responsible for ensuring that the Products are used in accordance with current published Alpha Forged specifications and instructions, and with Alpha Forged-approved accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts. The proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of the Products is critical to their safe use. The Owner should inspect the Products before each use to ensure they are free from any visible damage, and if any damage is found, the Products should not be used, and Alpha Forged LLC should be contacted for further instructions.
It is important to note that the proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of your wheels are crucial to ensure their performance and longevity. As such, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that the wheels are installed correctly and maintained properly, especially in the case of race wheels or beadlocks. Failure to do so may result in damage to the wheels, vehicle, and surrounding environment. Alpha Forged LLC does not assume any responsibility for the proper installation, use, or inspection of its products. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you follow the instructions provided for proper installation, maintenance, and inspection of your wheels and that you seek the assistance of a qualified mechanic or technician.
